Systems of telemechanics and linear objects control (STM)
STM is a distributed control system intended for online remote control of dispersed industrial objects from a single control station including using unstable communication channels.
STM supervises and controls process equipment at remote platforms both in automatic and automated modes, in normal mode according to blocking, control, and adjustment algorithms. In case of detection of any abnormal situation at automation object (failure of units, systems, or equipment, gas contamination due to fire and other emergency), STM provides locating and protection of remote objects according to emergency protection algorithms.
