Automatic systems of power resources control and calculation ensure continuous control of manufacture processes, distribution and consumption of all heat and power resources of the enterprise and timely formation of information required for solving of economic and production problems. The main functions performed by the system:

• integration of data on production and consumption of power resources from various territorially distributed information sources;
• timely provision of required information to the heads and experts of all levels;
• creation of transparent system for power resources account, calculation of balances on industrial objects and kinds of power resources;
• determination of actual norms of  power resources consumption, analysis of received information and improvement of accuracy of power resources consumption planning on the basis of these data;
