ICS DC is territorially distributed system of dispatching control intended for automated operating and dispatching supervision and control of technological objects online mode and support of functional interaction between operational technological objects, equipped with APCS and central dispatching station level of the enterprise.

ICS DC ensures control, account, and analysis of the main and auxiliary equipment functioning, improvement of efficiency and quality control of technological and industrial-dispatching processes.
